CAN WE DROP OFF MERCHANDISE THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO GET RID OF?
If the item is in good condition and we have enough room at the moment, we'd be happy to take it off your hands.
DO PAWNS AFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE?
No. Pawns do not affect credit score whatsoever whether you chose to pay off the item or forfeit your merchandise. We do not run credit checks for the process to give you a loan. Pawns are strictly collateral based not credit.
DO YOU PUT ITEMS ON HOLD FOR CUSTOMERS?
Yes. we have layaway! Just leave a down payment on any item and we will set it aside for you for 6 months as long as you leave a minimum payment of $10/month
CAN ANOTHER PERSON PICK UP MY ITEM?
For your security and by law, we ask that you are the one that comes in to pick up. But in a case that it is necessary to have someone else pick up your merchandise, make sure you sign all the ticket authorizing the person to pick your item. Then just sign at the bottom of the tickets.
DO YOU FIRE ASSAY PRECIOUS METALS?
No we do not on site. We do not melt any metals in the store because of fire safety hazards. We test metals with standard acid tests and old school methods for FREE for ANY number of items.
ARE THE PRICES AT YOUR YOUR STORE NEGOTIABLE?
You can make a reasonable offer and we would consider it and if its approved then yes
